Requests made after this 6-hour period may not be approved if the order has already entered processing or production.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.

Submitting a cancellation or change request does not guarantee that the request can be completed.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer and may require additional production time.

Once production has begun, custom and personalized items are considered final sale except where otherwise required by law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, artwork, quantities, and other customization details before approving or submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved or submitted by the customer.

Artwork, Mockups, and Product Appearance

Product images, digital mockups, screen previews, and photographs are provided for reference purposes.

Actual colors, sizing, placement, proportions, print appearance, material texture, and other visual details may vary slightly from what appears on a screen or mockup.

These variations may result from monitor settings, production methods, product materials, printing techniques, lighting, photography, or normal manufacturing differences.

Minor variations that do not materially change the overall product are not considered defects.

Customer-Supplied Artwork and Content

If you submit a logo, image, design, photograph, trademark, text, graphic, or other material to HeartKingdom LLC, you represent and warrant that you own the material or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it and authorize us to reproduce it for your order.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that materials you submit do not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold HeartKingdom LLC harmless from claims arising from materials that you provide to us.

We may refuse to reproduce any material that we believe may violate the rights of another person or entity.

Right to Refuse Custom Designs or Orders

HeartKingdom LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any custom design, personalization request, or order that we believe is:

  • unlawful
  • infringing
  • defamatory
  • hateful
  • threatening
  • obscene
  • discriminatory
  • fraudulent
  • abusive
  • or otherwise inappropriate

We may also refuse projects that we believe may create legal, safety, reputational, or operational concerns.

Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions

If an order is canceled due to a pricing or listing error, any amount paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.
