Standard Return Policy

We are confident that you will be pleased with the products you purchase from shopHKD, as we go out of our way to ensure they meet your expectations. However, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. In such an event, please review the following terms related to returning a product:

• We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom-made products. If there is an issue with the outcome, especially pertaining to spelling errors, color, or damages due to shipping, we will gladly fix it at no charge to the customer within 14 days of receiving the product and notice of the issue. If you encounter any other issues not listed, please use our contact form to reach out so we can address the matter promptly. Please note that in some situations, there may be a fee, not exceeding $10.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

shopHKD reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our website at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If you have been charged more than the posted price for a product purchased from us, please use our Contact Us form to report the overcharge.

The prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. Additionally, your bank or credit card issuer may charge foreign conversion fees, which could increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

shopHKD may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit the order quantity. Additional qualifying information may be required before accepting or processing any order. Upon receiving your online order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. However, this confirmation does not signify shopHKD’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; it simply confirms that we received your order. shopHKD reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving it. If shopHKD cancels an order after billing, a refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the shipping information for each product to understand how and when you will receive the products purchased from shopHKD. While shopHKD takes care of dispatching the products, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries as events beyond our control may impact the actual delivery once it leaves our facilities. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As shopHKD handles the dispatch of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). The title of the product(s) passes to you when the carrier from our warehouse picks up the product(s). At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If any delivery issues arise, please contact shopHKD to resolve them.
